Mansfield Storrs Area Real Estate Sold Statistics

In doing that we log each transaction on our website that takes place through the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service (CTMLS) that we subscribe to. It is a time-consuming and tedious job but it can provide some valuable perspective if your home is on the market or you are considering selling and need some realistic numbers to look at. Our HST Sold Data pages for 21 local towns include the original asking price at the start of the listing, regardless of subsequent reductions, expirations, withdrawals and relists (within 2 months of the previous listing) and the total days on the market that it took to achieve the closed price.

If you have questions about any of these transactions you can contact me and I can get you further information or explain the transaction that is posted. Private sales, sans a real estate professional, that take place outside of CTMLS will not appear in our sold data pages. That information is available at the local town hall where the sale occurred.

 

Throughout the year we update our HST Sold Data pages for 21 local towns central to our Mansfield Storrs location.

The database contains  properties sold this year to date and the previous three years 2012, 2013, & 2014.
